People forced to stay in bed to keep warm as gas supply cut off in Dawlish Warren

Oh dear, it sounds like our neighbours in Dawlish Warren have been having a really tough time! We've heard reports of people having to stay tucked up in bed just to keep warm because of a gas supply cut-off. What a worry for those affected right here on our doorstep.
